Congratulations to the Grapevine High School Robotics team for qualifying to return to the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) UIL Robotics Championship, a competition for the state's top 25 public school teams!
This is the second consecutive year that Mustang Robotics earned a spot in this competition after taking home the bronze medal last year. The competition will be held in Belton, Texas, on Thursday, March 21.
The team also won the first place CONNECT Award, which qualifies them to compete in the Texas FTC State Championship. This competition will be held following the UIL competition and is composed of the top 72 private, public and community teams from Texas, with the top 12 teams moving on to the World Championship in Houston in April. Watch the team compete in the Texas FTC State Championship in Belton, Texas, March 22-23.
Congratulations, and good luck to the Mustang Robotics team!
