Please UPLOAD the following paperwork when doing the online registration. You may bring this paperwork with you if you need in person assistance to complete registration.

1. Proof of residence (one of the following): deed of sale, lease, or property tax statement.

2. Current utility bill (utility bill cannot be phone bill and must have the same address as residence)

3. Complete online registration through Skyward

4. Birth Certificate

5. Social Security Card

6. Immunization records

7. Last report card and/or transcript

8. Parent/guardian's government issue identification

9. Any legal paperwork regarding the student (legal documents, custody information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If at anytime you withdraw from Grapevine High School but re-enroll within the same school year, proof of residency is needed upon the students return. (Lease Agreement or Property Tax Statement AND a Recent Utility Bill.

If you have moved and need to withdraw your student: Please contact the Registrar, Mrs. Clayton at 817-251-5286 or Geri.clayton@gcisd.net to complete the withdrawal process. Please provide the students name, date of birth, last day at Grapevine High School and the name of the new school they will be attending.

You will need to come in to sign the withdrawal documents , return all items loaned to the student which include laptop, charger, library books, textbooks, school ID and access badges and pay any outstanding fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Technology and similar items are the property of the district and are provided for student use as a matter of convenience. District property must be returned upon your student’s withdrawal from GCISD. In the event that a device is not returned as described, GCISD will report the device as stolen to the local police department.

UPDATING YOUR ADDRESS IN SKYWARD

If you have moved and need to update the address, please contact the Registrar Mrs. Clayton at 817-251-5286 or geri.clayton@gcisd.net and let her know. You will need to supply new proof of residency. Acceptable proof of residency are: Property tax statement, Deed of Sale or Lease Agreement AND a Current Utility Bill (gas, water, electric and must be the same address as the residence)

Verification of Enrollment: For Child Support or Social Security

Please email your request to geri.clayton@gcisd.net at least 24 hours prior to its need and include your students first and last name, birthdate and grade. For all other VOE requests, please contact the main office at 817-251-5210.
