NATIONAL ENGLISH
HONOR SOCIETY
The National English Honor Society is the only international organization
exclusively for secondary students who, in the field of English, merit special note
for past and current accomplishments.
NEHS is open to high school students who have demonstrated exceptional ability
in such areas as literary analysis, media studies, composition, linguistic study,
and creative writing, and who meet the requirements of membership.
WHEN: Last Tuesday of the Month, 8:10 AM and 4:10 PM
WHERE: 607
COST: $10/year
Requirements: Two semesters of English by the time of application
80 average for all the semesters of English courses
Unweighted GPA must be at least a 3.5
No serious disciplinary infractions
$10 membership fee
