President:

  • Call and conduct meetings
  • plans major activities
    • o must have 3 activities per semester.
    • o NGHS must have one major service activity per semester
  • delegates responsibilities in a way that will benefit officers and the club
  • must attend all except 2 activities each semester

Vice President:

  • assists president in all duties
  • checks suggestion box regularly and relates relevant information to fellow officers
  • serves as liaison between GC and NGHS
  • must attend all except 2 activities each semester

Secretary:

  • Keeps a calendar of dates and meetings for events and activities
  • Maintains a list of students who attend the meetings
  • Creates, obtains approval for, and posts all flyers for activities
  • must attend all except 2 activities each semester
